US telecommunication spending topped $1.6 trillion in 2017 and will reach $1.8 trillion in 2020. With the foundations of the 5G network coming online, the need for new towers, entry systems platforms, and other telecom structures and equipment has never been greater. EMI specializes in the design and construction of three different groups of telecom products, cabinet and shelter entry systems, equipment platforms and foundations and both self-support and small cell towers. We started out manufacturing entry systems and platforms 19 years ago. In the time since, we have employed helical foundations which make for much faster installs. It is a rapid deployment system that dramatically decreases the amount of time and energy spent getting products field ready.

Every telecom client has a different scope for each project. Our top priority is being flexible to not only meet those needs, but exceed expectations when the work is completed. If you already have the design you want, we can begin fabrication immediately. If your project has challenges that require first-hand visualization, we’ll have someone in a car or on a plane to meet you at your office or your job site. Every EMI project is a coordinated effort of our design and production teams to ensure that we are building with intelligence and real-world feasibility. Our design team is unique in the industry. They come from different manufacturing and fabricating disciplines, and their core strength is the ability to understand real-world problems and how they relate to the process by which equipment is built, installed, and maintained. That knowledge base extends past the project’s completion. Our team ensures that each client has complete mastery of your new equipment with post-delivery support as well as instruction manuals that are written in-house.
